POSITION SUMMARY: Our client is seeking a Full Time Forklift Operator for our Olive Branch, MS facility. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift or skid steer in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining the production floor to maximize safe production. Hourly pay rate of $16.00- $20.00/hour based upon experience. Shift hours are 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM Monday through Friday, with extended hours as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily other duties may be assigned. MAINTENANCE MECHANIC



Position Description:

The Maintenance Mechanic position would include maintaining optimum functionality for all plant equipment and systems by performing inspections, completing predictive and preventive maintenance measures, and repairing and modifying equipment and systems with the use of a variety of hand tools.


This person is also responsible for inspecting buildings, grounds and equipment utilized by the facility, determining immediate and long range needs for maintenance and repair work, entering work orders utilizing maintenance computer programs, completing, signing and returning work orders to the Maintenance Supervisor, complete with: work description, symptoms, as found, as left, start/finish time, labor hours, deficiencies, delays, and job plan feedback (if applicable)..


Also identify follow-up work required, work to improve the condition of all facility departments, work as a team member with a positive attitude, help promote and communicate maintenance and reliability to the organization, and perform other duties including housekeeping, attending safety training, and attending communication meetings.


Principal Accountabilities

Investigates and solve maintenance issues (such as repair of equipment, welding, plant troubleshooting, proper use of fasteners, gaskets, bushings, and tools), and provide solutions to problems. Provides support in troubleshooting equipment to ensure effective and efficient operations. Repairs equipment as necessary. Communicates/Shares the status of all maintenance activities and projects with peers and management as necessary. Inputs work order information, updates in computer system (i.e. SAP or Maximo). Understands and adheres to state and federal Occupational Safety and health rules and regulations as related to plant safety. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Attend various mandatory safety and department meetings. Maintain a safe and sanitary atmosphere wish a high regard for environmental impact of the operation Recommends changes, modifications or upgrades to equipment to improve machine reliability and performance. Reads mechanical drawings and documents. Documents completed work, modifications to equipment, findings and parts information as required. Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, including participation in continuous improvement activities related to EHS, FSQR, reliability and production excellence.


Must be able to perform maintenance trades including machinist, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.


Preferred: High School diploma or Equivalent. Forklift certified. Able to work overtime. Prior experience in production related work. Able to perform maintenance trades including electrical, welding, pipe fitting, and fabrication, rigging systems, gearbox and bearing, lubrication.

We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to supervise manufacturing in a CNC machine shop environment. This position is located at an Aerospace manufacturing plant in Fullerton, CA.

Key Responsibilities:Supervises assigned manufacturing departments on the 2nd shift Supports department manager in meeting the departmental goals & objectives
Directs assigned areas in the manufacturing, processing, or support areas to meet customer quality, output and on-time delivery
Prepares daily production reports and attends department daily production meeting at Daily Management board Setting, in concurrence with the department manager, the daily production and quality goals and ensures that these goals are achieved for the assigned areas
Completes timekeeping requirements for assigned hourly employees on a daily basis
Schedules employee shifts, approves overtime, vacations and other personnel administrative requests with manager approval

The Production Planner is responsible for developing and executing supply and inventory plans that will meet sales and service objectives. This person will work with multiple departments to ensure that short-term and long-term demand remain relatively balanced and within operational capabilities. Primary job responsibility is successful execution through effective planning processes, system set-up, and communication with cross functional teams. The Sanitation Manager is accountable for overall plant environmental performance including systems, policies, training, audits, federal and state compliance and enforcements. Must be able to demonstrate Good Manufacturing Practices, follow company policies and safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities include:
• Day-to-day administration of plant sanitation/environmental rules and policies, Federal and State Compliance and enforcement, and other regulations
• Organize, develop, implement, and give direction to pro-active environmental programs, systems, policies, and training
• Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of the plant, equipment and grounds. Responsible for disassembling equipment, sanitizing, reassembling and setting up machinery safely
• Ability to interpret labels on chemicals and cleaning agents to understand use, first aid instructions, MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheets) requirements and warnings • Write and update cleaning worksheets and procedures creating reference manuals
• Accountable for participation and a resource for the Company Safety Committee. Work closely with the Safety Team
• Oversight to the activities of waste, animal feed, recycling and trash disposal
• Lead projects and process improvements in area of responsibility
• Maintain department records including SQF, MSDS, FSMA and HACCP

Job Requirements include:
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related degree or at least 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing (preferred)
• Must be available to work any assigned shift, weekends and holiday overtime as required
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures and understanding of sanitation
